A tasty mixture of egg cream and Limoncello, obtained by the infusion of the peels of the famous PGI “Sfusato” Amalfi lemons. The Lemon Bombardino can be enjoyed either alone and as an accompaniment to desserts or ice cream.
Ingredients: milk, sugar, hydroalcoholic Amalfi Coast G.P.I. (lemon used 320g/lt. finished product), egg yolks, thickener E 415, color E 102 to 110. 50 cl. – vol. 17°
