Products purchased on terradilimoni.it are delivered within 2–3 business days throughout Europe, starting from the order confirmation date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, unless otherwise stated, are added to the total order amount and are shown during checkout, before you complete the purchase.

Costs are calculated automatically based on the weight, volume of the purchased items, and the destination area.

Shipment Tracking

You can track your shipment status from your personal account page, using the tracking details sent to you by email once the order has been dispatched.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure bottles remain intact during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and contents within 48 hours and send the photos to info@terradilimoni.it.
