Refund and Returns Policy

Terra di Limoni s.a.s. di De Riso E. & C. is committed to your satisfaction. The following conditions apply to returns and refunds for purchases made on terradilimoni.it.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send written notice to info@terradilimoni.it stating:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, in the following condition:

  • Original packaging intact and sealed.
  • Unopened and unused.
  • Undamaged due to improper use.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Perishable items (e.g. Babà pastries) for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at info@terradilimoni.it within 14 days of receipt.
  2. You will receive return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the product adequately packaged to the address provided. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
  4. Once received and verified, we will process your refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: credited within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • PayPal: credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.
  • Bank transfer: within 5 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrived damaged or defective:

  1. Send photos of the product and packaging to info@terradilimoni.it within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at our expense.

6. Incorrect Orders

If we made an error in your order, returns and replacements are completely free of charge.
